Ban Nam Rad Pool

Ban Nam Rad Pool just back from my four day road trip to Huahin, stopping on the way up at Surat Thani, and Chumpon. The weather was none too kind, except the first day when we stopped at this deliciously cool pool.

After going round the small accessible mangrove area that surrounds it, with a Kayak, we cooled off in the crystal clear waters. A highly recommended place to visit if you haven't been yet!

The clear-water pond, about the size of a standard swimming pool, is supplied by a natural spring that the locals also believe to be holy.
