Bung Ta Lua Public Park

Bung Ta Lua is a water park in Korat a large city 4hrs drive north of Bangkok. It has been continuously developed with cooperation of all the local government agencies, local government officers along with the Military base that is resident and local business interests and local people have worked hard to make this park a pleasurable place for everyone to share. . The waterfall inside the park was opened and dedicated to His Majesty the King Rama IX. In dedication and celebration of his auspicious Birthday Celebration, December 5, 1999. The Park is beautiful and clean, beautiful scenery, lovingly landscaped and has been developed with care of the environment in mind. Making it a welcoming place for anyone to come and relax or walk, often filled in the evenings with people spending time with family and friends, where stunning sunsets are to be seen. The Royal Development Projects have and continue to be carried out by military units of the 2nd Army Region based in Korat.
